Return Policy

Point Conception will accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for return or exchange. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be received and processed. We’ll send an email when your return has been processed. We will credit your original form of payment for returns mailed within 30 days of the shipping date.

Ordered the wrong size or color? No worries! If you need to exchange an item for the same item in different size or color you may contact us at 949-589-6890 to place your reorder or email us at: shop@pointconception.com

Most returns are processed within ten days of receipt in our warehouse. We will send you an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed. You may also check the status of your return by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase.
